I agree with the following:

Request - We would like to be able to continue the practice of allowing staff under 18 years of age to be able to work independently as long as there’s a supervisor (Lead Teacher) in the building for the first and last hour of the day. This allows coverage for full time staff to arrive & leave at a decent time of day.
