i am for reform because its hard for parents to miss work for a sick child but its important for a parent to be with there sick child but ifeel they should not be penalize they need support also my question is if a parent need to look for a job they child should be able to start in daycare other wise how can a parent look .my other thought a parent has to remove the child from daycare as soon as they lose there job well would that not  make it hard for a parent . to look for a job help make changes, support the families.
