I am in strong support of this proposed regulation to reduce and cap carbon dioxide emissions. This is a major step forward in addressing the climate change that the commonwealth is experiencing. The science behind this is indisputable and the need is clear. We daily see evidence of the impacts of warmer oceans here in Norfolk in the form of sunny day flooding due to higher ocean levels. Please approve this poposed regulation intact.
