This new regulation would limit the numbers of very competent professionals who could provide mental health services to citizens of Virginia and it would limit the scope of available jobs for students who have studied and practiced for years.  There is an increased need for mental health services, especially in a state with such a large percentage of military personnel, many of them seeking out affordable mental health care.  Why limit the job prospects for Virginia professionals and students?  Why limit Virginia citizens' access to mental health care services? STRONGLY OPPOSE
