Dear Virginia Board of Counseling,

Limiting access to mental health providers via a regulation that supports the agenda of one accrediting board is counter protective. There is already a shortage of mental health providers for a significant number of people. This regulation has the potential to further limit access to mental health care and negativley affect a great number of highly qualified counselors.
