I am opposed to the CACREP only requirement for Licensed Counselors.  I have obtained my counseling degree before CACREP began. The school I graduated from now have a CACREP program but I'm not grandfathered-in.  I have clinically supervised CACREP students from various CACREP institutions but I am being left behind allowed to build but not participate. I think there should be considerations for those like me contributing historically and continually to the field.
