The idea that clinics need to be surgically proper has been a constant ruse in Virginia and throughout these United States.

It is not worthy of this Legislature to place onerous burdens on women who are under duress. The law of the land was and is Roe v Wade. Throwing obstacles should not be the solution. Education and information are the answer.
