In regard to the Virginia law which became effecive July 1, 2014, I would like to add my comments on what constitutes a valid photo ID which must be presented by each Virginia voter when voting in any election.
In my opinion, a valid photo ID should be current (not expired), must prove the voter currently lives in Virginia, and must be issued by a Federal or State Government agency.
