New voter id law

The new VA voter id law, which indicates a VALID photo id is required, means the following:

1.  The photo id is current and has not expired.

2.  The photo id has been issued by the State of Virginia  and displays a Virginia address,  a birth date to indicate that individual is old enough to vote, and an identifying number i.e. a driver's license number or social security number;  people should only be allowed to vote in the state where they are legally registered to vote.

3.  Any other interpretation of Valid Photo Id is unacceptable as it would open the door to non-citizens, foks from other states now able to vote multiple times and general chaos in the voting arena.

With modern technology, photo ids can easily be made by anyone.  Who, at a VA polling station, would be expected to recognize a valid photo id from another state, much less country.

I cannot even believe this is under discussion.
