The only requirement to to vote should be registration by the  county Regisgtrar.  A VALID photo ID is reasonable, along the lines proposed by Gov. McAuliff.  Keep is simeple and raeasonable: requiring only a Dept. of Motor Vehicles issuled photo ID places an undue burden on citizens who do not drive or hold a job. Voting should be unrestricted and encouraged, not dampened by unreasonable interpretation of an unreasonabxle law.
