There aren't many citizen rights more fundamental than voting. If a form of identification was valid when it was issued, there's no reason/excuse/justification for not accepting it at any time, even after it's expired. One can't DRIVE on an expired license but it's demonstrably valid for identification -- and for voting. Measures like this are blatant partisan voter suppression and are shameful.
