Uphold TRAP to Uphold Medical Standards

Some so-called 'women's health clinics' are hardly better than the old kitchen table factories with nominally trained staff.

Bona fide doctorsand nurses,  access to medical records before the abortion (or any surgery), sterile equipment and facilities, and post-op after-care needs to become a priority to insure the safety of one of the two patients.

Information concerning the choice to abort as well as alternatives should be available and visible in the waiting room and offices, as well as a frank discussion of the complications that can arise from the abortion.  This sort of information is usually available on site to all patients who have needed, or elective surgery,; abortion should not be treated any differently.

While I am against abortion, I would not like to see women needlessly suffer from infection, infertility, or death as a result of sub-standard medical practices.
