I am writing to voice my stident opposition to TRAP and anyother actions that discriminate against therights of women to have control of their own bodies and healthcare. If the current batch of legislation is enacted, they will force the majority of Virginia’s women’s health centers to close – and keep thousands of women and families from accessing the essential medical care they need. I believe they are discriminatory and demeaning to women and there families. As the mother of 2 daughters I ask you to amend these requirements to adhere to scientific facts and the larger concensus of medical protocal instead of using anti-choice ideology to limit the healthcare and rights of others.
