Medical clinics or facilities should first and formost be concerned with the welbeing of its patients. Unsteril conditions at abortion clinics put womens lifes at risk and certainly thier quality of life. I urge the board to not only keep the regulations on abortion clinics but also to strengthen them in order to protec the welbeing of women. Should that not be the first concern?
