These regulations are a direct attack on society by a highly funded, elite,  fundementalist group of idealists who negate reality, and ignore the real social situation we all face.  Denying affordable women's services to a class of people who need it the most is tantamount to economic slavery. Any biologist will tell you that the higher the level of poverty, the higher the birth rate. More births (that outside from being unrealistically difficult  to handle and dangerous to the child) cause more social spending, and fewer opportunities for people that could otherwise be of viable economic use. By passing TRAP legislation, we are breeding consumers without proper social modulation. People unable to care for themselves. Trap laws negate biology and feed a control-driven fundamentalist ideology.
