Veterinarian Offices are held to higher standards than abortion clinics - is this safe for women???

Health standards are obviously needed at medical facilties. Why would anyone oppose standards that require sanitary conditions? Why should veterinarian offices be held to higher standards than an abortion clinics? The proposed regulations, which improve upon emergency temporary regulations that have been in place for more than a year, will continue to protect Virginia women who use abortion facilities. Health inspections have turned up hundreds of facility violations and have made it clear that the Commonwealth’s abortion industry cannot self-regulate. Permanent regulations will ensure abortion facilities’ accountability for basic health standards.
