Please keep these common sense regulations that are so necessary to protect women at these facilities.  Abby Johnson writes in her book about her experiences as a director of a Planned Parenthood center.  She says no women ever filed a complaint against their facility because they didn't want anyone to know they had an abortion.  They had numerous incidents that required hospitalization because abortions are invasive and do have complications.  These facilities need to be sterile, accessible and regulated!
