Please make the regulations for abortion clincs permament.  Every women should feel safe when a medical procedure is conducted.  I would think that would be the goal of any abortion clinc.  The regulations ensure the safety.  Every life is valuable and should be treated as such.  I personally do not agree with abortion but I do want the women in a safe environment for any procedure..
