It is time to kill bills 13 14  and 1315.  These 2 bills deny access to reproductive  healthcare to women.  Women of the Commonwealth deserve to have access to birth control and abortion to maintain their physical and mental health as individuals.  The Commonwealth needs to take an intelligent position that respects Women's health.   These bills needlessly put the state of Virginia in a position of dealing with multiple lawsuits if they are passed, as they contradict federal legislation.  The Women and families of Virginia have needs that should be focused on rather than this repeated legislation that  treats women like we are stupid and unable to make decisions.  It is time for the legislature to focus on improving the health, education, happiness, and prosperity of  the residents, tax payers and  citizens of out state!
