Action | Regulations for Licensure of Abortion Facilities |
Stage | Proposed |

These reguations are unnecessary and only contrived by ignorant politicians to make abortion serviices unavailable to most women in the state. For forty years abortion clinics have operated without complications or problems being reported. If these requirements were truly legitimate, abortion services could be incorporated into the womens' health services provided by public hospitals across the state, with the added benefit of providing more locations to meet the needs of more women.
