The proposed regulations on women' health centers should be rejected.  These centers are necessary for women's health and should not be impeded.  In addition, abortion is legal in this country and States should not be allowed to make it impossible or dificult for women to access this procedure.  I am 77 years old and remember what happened to women in the years before abortion was legal.
