Action | Regulations for Licensure of Abortion Facilities |

Current TARP regulations are necessary to insure that women are availed to safe and life-saving measures as well as the prevention of the possiblity of infection. Health inspectors documented multiple health and safety violations in the facilities, and most of the facilities had to submit plans of correction in order to receive provisional licensure. It is more important to insure health than to insure access to abortion. Please keep the current guidelines in place to protect the health of women.
