Virginia FINALLY needs some regulation on surgical abortion clinics.  Recent reports prove that abortion clinics in Virginia are very nasty, filthy places that must be cleaned up.  How many times have DOCTORS at these "clinics" had to call 911 to save the patients??  Nobody seems to know because of lack of reporting requirements.

We need strong regulation of these clinics to protect the lives and health of Virginia women!

If we must kill our young, let's at least limit the death to the baby and not the mother as well.
