I strongly disagree with the Attorney General's efforts to effectively make it almost impossible for women in VA to have reproductive care in clinics.  To regulate that these facilities be treated the same as hospitals will force the closing of clinics where women can get legal abortions.  I know that Mr. Cuccinelli personally opposes all abortions, but the majority of VA citizens do not agree with him.  Are we a democracy or a theocracy?  I vote for democracy any day!

I resepctfully urge you to follow your intial intentions to not regulate clinics in such a way to force their closing.
