The need for these health regulations for abortion clinics is quite evident.  Inspections still turn up unhealthy and even gross conditions that cannot be tolerated.  There is no reason abortion clinics cannot adhere to the same kind of regulations that are required for other surgical facilities.  Virginia women deserve no less.
