The regulation of abortion facilities should be upheld. One reads enough in the paper of women hemmoraging to death after abortions to give considable pause as to whether or not these clinics are as safe as they are purported to be. They should abide by the same standards as every other healthcare facilities and perhaps be even more regulated since what goes on inside is more risky for the mother than what goes on at other healthcare facilities. If pro-abortion proponents really believed their "safe, legal and rare" mantra, they would see the wisdom in this. Abortion may be legal but it is definitely not safe. Lets agree to protect our women even if we disagree about helping our poor defenseless children.
