Inspecitions of abortion centers have discovered dozens of health and safety violations.  The need for these standards is clear.  Abortion providers, like all medical providers must be regulated to ensure patient safety;  women's health is the issue.  The state has thre responsibility to make Virginia'sabortion centers safe for women who choose to end their pregancies.
