Rather than protect women’s health, these regulations will endanger women by limiting access to safe reproductive health and would drive legitimate providers out of practice. This is NOT about safety; it is about targeting women’s reproductive freedom. This over-regulation will limit women’s ability to get important services such as cancer screenings and STI testing and treatment. Please stop wasting taxpayer time and money with regulations that are over-reaching and misogynistic.
