I am against live in caregivers having to clock in and out based on care plan items. Each care plan should be better evaluated to include all forms of illness even if assessment is needed, daily. Not based on the frequency of occurrence. Attendants should be paid even if the consumer is hospitalized to prevent events that can harm them, when staff or sitters cannot be present.
