I am against the removal of Service Facilitators and case coordinators because it is necessary for each consumer and family member, EOR and attendant to have ancillary help relative to the entire consumer direct Medicaid program. The people in these positions carry historic data relative to the consumer that can prevent medical events, rehospitalizations and the like that without them can change the consumers life forever.
