I don't even have good words to say. How can you take this need and changes away like this. My son is able to stay at home due to supports in his home and taking away the said hours that he is allowed no one will want to work if the hours are lowered. How will he be able to stay at home by himself..he would need to go into a MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE FACILITY HOW IS THAT CHEAPER?
