Other parents i have spoken to have already had their person's hours significantly reduced.

I don't understand how our children's hours are being reduced.  Going from 40 hours a week, that barely met adult child's needs down to 2 hours a day.  In short survey with other parents, Anthem is the worst with reducing hours.  Nothing has changed my child can't be left alone.  They still need supports from bathing to feeding to being watched so they don't run away from home or eat something they aren't supposed too. 

When will this madness of wanting to take away from the indigent stop.  We know people with needs don't bring profits to the state.  We know Trumps agenda is to eliminate all human services supports, we know he has reduced funding to those in need, we know this is all about money and saving the state & federal money.  How about we look at where the non-essential money is going, ie health insurances spending money on pro-sports teams, or huge money on commercials or in the health insurance CEO's pockets.  Health insurance companies should NOT be making these mega profits off of a human life. When a CEO of a health insurance makes $22.6 million dollars a year (Gail Boudreaux) in cumulative income resources, that is where the issue is. Or Stephen Hemsley of united health care compensation package of 60.94 million dollars..   

Let's reduced the cost of funding to sports in high school and middle school, google says (might not be accurate) Loudoun County schools completely eliminated student athletic fees by absorbing $950,000 in their standard operational budget.  Fairfax county allocated $600,000 specifically to establish a middle school track and cross-country programs and added $1.9 million for coaching stipends.. VBCPS athletics fund typically sits around $4.9 million to 5.5 million.  Don't get me wrong sports are important, too.  

Something needs to be worked out here so we all can survive and keep our loved ones safe and healthy and keeping us the caregivers healthy and safe.  I pray we don't go back to the institution model that once was.  I would hope the state of virginia would do better and be better.  

I am highly disappointed our children are the ones being hurt by these decisions.
