We appreciate the efforts to make this work less unwieldy; unfortunately, it does continue to be confusing in terms of signatures. We propose two changes that may improve clarity:
For the annual assurance, overtly state End of Year 2 and End of Year 3
Create a separate page to be used for any remediation. It should include the topic areas, the supervisor signature, and check boxes for which year in the cycle the remediation took place
Regarding item 3.14 on the Basic Competencies - To be consistent with other supervisory items, bold the words Supervisory Skill and change the DSP column to read N/A
