Trans girls and women are girls and women. It's in the name. The study of biology and an understanding of gender tells us that their existence is valid. Human rights tells us that their visibility and participation in regular life is valid. Trans girls and women deserve to be in every space cisgender girls and women are in. To not allow that would be discrimination, sexism, and human and civil rights violation.
