Lots of comments here regarding "biological females only". This is ignorance of incredible order - gender, as humans define it, isn't "biological" at all, and the most elementary investigation into the natural world will show the truth. Additionally, intersex humans exist - those born with multiple chromosomes outside the gender binary, sometimes with more than one kind of genitalia; these people are born that way, and may outwardly present in many ways, none of which has any direct effect on anyone other than themselves, anymore than being "male" or "female" would. There are approximately *10* trans athletes across the United States participating in women's sports, NONE of whom has any advantage over any of their compatriots. Many women and girls, who are NOT trans, but have high natural levels of testosterone in their bodies or who present as less outwardly "feminine", are being harassed and abused because of attempted lawmaking of this kind. Women and girls world wide are being attacked, harassed, and abused, because civilians who've been taught that anything potentially different gives them license to hate, believe they may do so, ignoring entirely how wrong they are and how many they harm above and beyond their target demographic - a demographic who themselves deserve none of such hatred. 

Discrimination harms EVERYONE. Laws like this have no place in our society, and the bizzare focus that certain of us have chosen to put on other humans simply existing, harming absolutely no one else - nevermind the even MORE bizzare focus on where such humans eliminate waste from their bodies, as if THAT has any effect on anyone else?! -- is harmful, increases death and abuse of both trans- and cis-gender people worldwide, and achieves absolutely zero societal good. 

Stop it. NO on this petition, on any laws like it, and NO on hatred.
