I am outraged and appalled at what our Virginia lawmakers are doing to women's rights and access to healthcare in the Commonwealth. Please stop the discriminatory attacks on womens' healthcare facilities, procedures, preventative care and legal options to abortion.

HB1428 (TRAP),HB1(Marshall-13) and HB462 (Byron-22) need to be opposed.There is no medical, scientific or proven evidence to suggest/supportt that these regulations/procedures do anything to improve,provide access,promote safety or adequate healthcare for women. Delegate Bell admitted to having "none" at the sub-committee hearing and equating abortion clinics to "barber shops". Delegate Marshall also equated abortion to a "lifestyle choice". Obviously, these two men are examples of how little they know about the seriousness and the ramifications of what they are trying to bring up and put into law with these Bills.They have no business legislating womens health. Period!

Please take into consideration the research and comments of NARAL-Pro-Choice and Planned Parenthood since they are experts in the field--unlike the Delegates aforementioned.
