As an optometry student, we learn these simple laser procedures that greatly help our patients. Personally, I have gotten experience with them in school and these procedures greatly reduce patient hassle by avoiding additional copays, office visits, travel and unnecessary referrals to other offices for simple procedures we can easily perform.
