The state and federal government has no business adding caveats and burdens to women who want to terminate an unwanted pregnancy.  It's an outrageous set of rules that demean women seeking basic health services and will especially affect poor women.

I do not support this onerous proposal, and I will work hard to defeat the callous legislators who have proposed it.
