The permanent regulations you are considering are an intrusion of the state into individual rights and should not be enacted.
These requlations are nothing more than an attempt to curtail abortion--without even having the guts to say so. If that were not the case, why do they only apply to abortion facilities and not to other out-patient surgical facilities?
Additionally, since they allow for physical intrusion into the Dr/Patient relationship, they are probably illegal.
I realize you are a political agency and not one that looks after the rights of all--but strongly request you refuse to be a political tool of the governor.
