The right of procedures and choice of abortion should be between the patient and her physician.  The government should not be involved in any aspect of a woman's health care any more than they are for men.  The procedure is much simpler than gall bladder surgery and should have the same regulations for cleanliness, certification, safety as any other medical procedure. 

I would not have or recommend an abortion; however, I do believe that each woman has the right to make her own choice and live with it.  Regulators must realize that the women's (as well as men's) are the only true positions with we have.  The government should only support the safety of facility and certification of staff for all incomes.
