Virginia's abortion centers must be regulated, licensed, and inspected to ensure women's safety.  I reject the preminse that abortion is "Healthcare" because it ends a life, not cares for it.  But ifour healthcare industry is to include abortion, then it should be permannetly regulated to the standards of all healthcare.
