Regulations for Licensure of Abortion Facilities

To Whom It May Concern:

Please issue the final regulations to control the safety of abortion services to mothers seeking to terminate the lives of their unborn children.  The recent HHS decision to provide free birth control to women will necessarily increase the number of clients, young and old, to organizations which provide abortion as their main income source.  This will likely result in these facilities, if not carefully regulated, to increase distribution of birth control to underage girls, resulting in increased pregnancies for underaged girls.  Unscrupulous adults will likely attempt to attain such "free" medication" for their children, relatives, et al., with the specific objective of child abuse.  Planned Parenthood has already demonstrated their willingness to ignore the law in such cases, instead providing abortion services to underage girls.  Strong regulations of abortion clinics, including surprise inspections of abortion facilities and their records will help curb such abuse.  Please implement the strongest regulations possible as soon as possible.  Thank you for your consideration of this request.  In Christ,  Jim Kerr
