The time for "business men" to make choices based on the $$ is too far gone.  We have to put the environment and the viability of our environment for the future generations first.   No one cares about the pennies and dollars you are grandstanding to "save" by opting out of this program.   No one will feel it in their pocket books.. but we will ALL continue to feel it in the changes in weather patterns.
