Regardless of what one thinks about the merits of the RGGI, it's the law that we the people made via our elected legislators.  This country is founded on the rule of law.  Our governor's proposed lawlessness, to simply nullify a law he disagrees with, is simply wrong - unAmerican.  It follows other autocrats' actions like Trump, Putin, Hitler, etc.
