Dear Governor Youngkin,

Please listen to the outcry of support for RGGI. It brings in much needed revenue to the commonwealth to help mitigate the effects of flooding and sea level rise. It is a win/win for Virginia and it took a long time to set up with various neighboring states. Such collaboration is much needed given the disastrous effect of sea level rise in Hampton Roads for example.
