Governor Youngkin,

RGGI is the LAW! Virginia has benefitted not just economically by bringing millions of dollars to affected communities but most importantly the health of our citizens has been safeguarded through RGGI by cutting back on air pollution. It is negligent and immoral to continue to go erode an already democratically installed law that addresses the concerns of a majority of Virginians. Stop the insanity and keep RGGI as the legacy that has helped our state's economy and healthcare.  Study after study shows the benefits of RGGI.   With climate change, we face a very grim economic future if we don't act strongly to slow down the effects of climate change. Studies confirm that each state in our country need to do more to slow down climate change.  The health of our citizens and the health of our economy depends on good legislation. Through RGGI we have a law that protects both.   Keep Virginia in RGGI.
