Please keep Virginia in the RGGI. I'm a full-time resident of the Northern Neck which is a peninsula bordered by the Chesapeake Bay. Funding to prevent recurrent flooding is very important to me and all my neighbors. Researchers with Old Dominion University have determined that coastal areas like mine could experience sea level rise by the end of the century. It would be very short-sighted to repeal a law designed to lessen the effects of future climate induced disasters. Please keep Virginia in the RGGI.
