Please make the medical regulations of Virginia's abortion centers permanant to ensure the health and safety of women procuring abortions.  It is plain COMMON SENSE that they be equipped to handle medical emergencies resulting from injuries caused by abortions.  These emergencies do exist and and the regulations have life-saving potential.  ALL women and men should approve these regulations if they truly care about the health and safety of women.  It is long overdue that abortion centers have to operate under the same health regulations as all other ambulatory health care facilities.
