I support the strongest regulations possible to ensure the level of health & safety that other out-patient medical facilities must maintain.  I oppose abortion, but if it must be done, let it be done safely, not like that which occurred with Dr. Brigham (charged with MURDER in MD).

These regulations should also be Permanent.
