We need RGGI and its ability to raise funds for clean air and flood prevention, among others.  45% of the RGGI revenue goes to the VA Community Flood Preparedness Fund Grant, supporting regions and localities across Virginia to reduce the impacts of flooding. With the effects of climate change, Virginians are seeing more need every year to plan for flooding.  Preparation is key to prevention.
